How It Works
Step 1 - Select Your Handset
Almost as easy as it sounds. Use the dropdown menu on our homepage to select your phone's make and model.
Step 2 - Complete The Order Form
On the page you are taken to after selecting your model, you will see an order form. You need to input some basic personal details and your phone's IMEI number - to find this type * # 0 6 # on the phone. We only need to know the first 15 digits if it's 17 digits long. We also need to know what network the phone is currently locked to.
Step 3 - Complete The Payment
We are unable to start processing your unlock code order until your payment has been completed. It can only be done online using a valid credit/debit card or a Paypal account. As soon as this happens, you will receive a receipt email, and a separate order confirmation email. Be sure to check your spam/junk email folder if you don't receive both emails.
Step 4 - Receive Your Unlock Code By Email
At some point within the estimated delivery time we will email you your unlock code (unless there are unexpected delays with specific suppliers which can happen from time to time). You will receive an email with one or more unlock codes.
Step 5 - Enter Your Unlock Code
In the email with your unlock codes is a link to the instructions on how to use them to unlock your phone. No software is required (except with the iPhone where you need iTunes). Your phone will then be permanently unlocked and able to be used on any network.
