All unlocking/flashing equipment
supplied by FoneFunShop comes with full setup instructions on
the CD supplied with the tool. Please make sure you have
followed these instructions to the letter as this can often be a
quick fix to your setup solutions.
Always view the contents of cd's supplied by us as they have helpful video's, instructions
showing you exactly how to setup equipment.
Always look for answers to
problems in the manufacturers instructions and forums. Links to
the forums are also supplied on cd with your tool.
Also the
Knowledgebase is an area that contains answers to common
problems, simply navigate around the
Knowledgebase
and find the correct area for your tool.

If you need further help, you can
contact us regarding setup problems with tools supplied by us,
please
open a ticket in our helpdesk
Our online help ticket system is
monitored between 10am - 5pm Mon - Fri.
We also answer tickets
out of office hours too in the evenings and weekends, so the
helpdesk is a good place to get answers :-)
Be sure to include
any order numbers, transaction id's or ref number form your
paper receipt.

We can help you setup your tools
by telephone too, this should only really be necessary if you
have exhausted all the info and setup videos supplied with your
tool, and have already sought help via the helpdesk.

This service is for anyone who is having a really hard time installing any
unlocking tools on their PC, or simply wants to save any headaches, we
can do the setup for you. Our engineers can remote
connect to your PC anywhere in the world and setup and install
your unlocking / flashing tools for you. You simply
book a remote connection slot and we will call or email you
to arrange a time to remote onto your PC and get you up and
running. This is a
paid service, and is available to anyone, even if you did not purchase your
tools from FoneFunShop.
