Once we receive your phone it will be converted and returned the same day it
arrives via Royal Mail Special Delivery. You will also receive operating

payment will be returned with your phone.

How to pack your
phone before sending it to us
-Take out your simcard and keep it
safe, as this is not needed to unlock your phone.
-Fully charge the battery and turn
your phone off.
-Wrap your phone in bubble wrap or
similar.
-Place wrapped phone in a jiffy bag,
along with your completed and signed
