How much does it cost?
The
cost to Repair your iPod by post is the total amount on your order form which
includes cost of returning your iPod to you via Special delivery back to your door !!!
How do I pay?
You
can pay online or you can send postal order, cheques (you have to wait for
cheque to clear), Cash, Or we can contact you once repaired for payment.
How long does it take?

turn around time for Repairing is QUICK !!!
We
repair your iPod within 5 days after it arrives to us and in many cases we will
repair it the same day it arrives and post it back to you the same day too!

What if my iPod cannot be repaired?
We
have very good in-house engineers who have a very high success rate of repairing
Apple iPods.
Although sometimes there may be more damage than expected, or the iPod may be
damaged beyond repair.
If
this is the case and we cannot repair the iPod, we will return your iPod to
you and refund any payment made to us.
If
the iPod can be repaired but needs more parts to do the job, our engineers will
call you first to explain this before any work is carried out.
How do I use this service?
After making your order below, you will
receive an order form via email, print this out.
If you pay online print out your payment
receipt email too.
If you wish to pay via cash, postal order or
cheque, include this with your order form.
Take out your simcard and memory card and keep
it safe, as this is not needed.
If possible, fully charge the battery and turn
your iPod off.
Wrap your iPod in bubble wrap or similar.
Place wrapped iPod in a jiffy bag, along with
your order form and payment.
Send your iPod to us at the address below via
special delivery, to ensure your iPod is delivered to us safely.

via royal mail special delivery. We will also email you with your
