I had been with them for 2 years with absolutely no problem, perhaps the signal was a little weaker in my area than others.

I went for the Liberty sim 300X300 had this for a month and tried to change the package, then the trouble started. I also wanted a new number. So new sim and new package was sent and used. This was back in December, still I am getting letter, phone calls for payment for the old sim and package. I have tried 8 phone calls 4 letter and countless e-mails to explain what had happened, and that the number is no longer in use...everyone agrees and says they have deleted the account and the problem will go away.

But still this goes on and on. They even took the money out of my account, which was on a new DD instruction.

Finally I had more than enough of their rudeness, cheek and incompetence, I cut the sims up and returned to them, requesting a deletion of all my accounts, my wife and daughter have left too.

I would say that they have gone down hill fast, the last call I made to them I cut off as the operative got rude and short tempered.

So my view of Virgin is terrible. with so many different choices out there I really do feel they need to sharpen out, One chance was enough for me.
