Hi,

Ok, I'm just wondering where the problem lies with my set-up.

Anything I try and do it tell me to lower the baud rate. It says

"Communication Error!
The serial speed might be too high
please try a lower serial speed!"

but I am using the lowest serial speed.

I have tried changing the setting in my device manager but to no avail.

I was trying to unlock a k500i recently and it couldn't do it either, but using the divinci server in which i could lower the baud rate it worked.

Any idea's? I had an email from you saying send it in, but I can't really be without a phone for that period of time.

Any help please?
