t-mobile charge for wifi

i have had my n95 for nearly a month now and it is excellent.
however i recently recieved my phone bill to find out it was 400 pound.
i phoned t mobile and they said it is standard charge for using the internet even though i used my wlan as the acess point.
has any one else had this problem.

ive got the n80, diffrent phone mind you and also use wifi alot. but ive never been charge for it :s im with vodafone

you cant be charged for using wlan
you can do it without the sim in the phone
you must have been charged for something else
maybe using the internet and leaving it turned on

Wi-Fi is free lmao, don't know why you got charged..
