registration failure

Hi guys, sorry if this might be a basic question, but getting thin ontop already can't afford to much more headscratching.

Can anyone advise as to why i have suddenly started getting sim registration failed, on my 7250i, the sims i have tried all work on my other phone, so i know it is not the sims, does this mean the phones had its day or is there a way round it.
