I've recently bought a blackberry unlock dongle + pack4 from Fonefunshop. As I have no idea how to contact them through mail. I'm trying this through the forum.

The problem is! I bought a blackberry unlock dongle with full license of Pack 4 (furious).

But It seems that this dongle is activated for pack 3!!!!!!
This wasn't the deal. We payed 200 pounds for something that we don't want. I've already tried contacting furious. They referred us to our reseller. Which is fonfunshoP!

I hope that you'll correct this problem as soon as possible.
