Samsung U700 debrand

Hi,
I downloaded the software and Downloader V5.21 to debrand my Samsung u700 from it's useless Vodafone software, all went smoothly until I reached the section (No9 on the instruction sheet (C:\Program Files (x86)\Fonefunshop U700 debrand\Samsung_SGH-U700_flashing_instructions.mht)) where it asks to search for ports but when I click the Port Search button nothing happens.
Any suggestions on what I am or am not doing correctly greatly appreciated.

Managed to get this problem sorted out, seemed to be an issue with the usb drivers, reloaded them a few times then downloaded a set of new ones from Samsung's site. Software now on the phone, no trace of VF software and appears to be working well. Quick call to VF and they unlocked the phone for free as well so can now use any sim.:excellent
