Ultimabox Light help please

i have a problem with my ultma box when i go to run the softwear it says
ulb/rocker not find (7)

i bought it weeks ago and haven't been able to ues it caues of this problem
i tryed my friends ultma box on my pc and it works fine so is my box falty
what will i do

:cheerup:try turning off everything thats not in use on your task bar if this doesn't do it. reinstall the whole program

If your friends box works on your system, then the drivers are ok.
Have you tried your box on your friends system?

If it fails to work on both systems then have a quick look inside and make sure that the sclumberger (looks like a white sim card) egate card is still locked in place. If it is, remove it and make sure the contacts are clean. Failing that it will be a return to base.

Give FFS a quick ring. They really do not bite (well if you are at least a little constructive). If there are no service seals over the screws (fairly sure there won't be on a UBL and you use a half decent screwdriver to remove the 4 screws there shouldn't be a worry...But as I mentioned earlier, give 'em a quick ring.

you may have a driver conflict

many programs use the same drivers

like nspro, ultimalight box and inifinity box, be careful not to install these boxes and overwrite drivers with newer versions, try to leave old cyberflex drivers installed and all will work

p.s. restore system setting to a time before you installed the ubl, restart pc, and install again by

1, installing moto rocker software from www.ultimabox.org
2, plus box in
3, select location of drivers (choose No To All on the overwrite driver screen)
4, restart pc after all is installed
5, all done (one fully working UBL box)

i opened up my box

my smart card was not cliped in right

i cliped it

it works fine now happy days
