vodafone prices

Hi, i am Vodafone user in Malta. I am not sure if this is the right place to ask but please if anyone knows just give me other e-mail where can i ask about this problem.
Can you tell me why we, vodafone users in Malta have to pay nearly double for the same mobile phones that are sold in vodafone outlets. For example on vodafone Ireland site nokia 2630 is just 59 euros while on vodafone Malta site the same mobile price is 128 Euros.
I tried to contact Vodafone but they never replied my emails.

its called supply and demand
