Not sure what to do... I've got a brand new V3.
Unlike other V3's this has got an A.52 version.
Does anyone know which method is used for unlocking this phone. I'm totally confused :butchers:

where did you get the version from ?
press and hold the * and # keys power on phone and find version and bootloader from there, then probably you will need testpoint to unlock

Mick that's exactly how i got the version. I read the instruction and since a normal V3 isn't listed with 0.52 boot version i thought i'd double check first before going ahead with the unlock.
I have since been toold to treat this as a V3r and unlock via testpoint.
