Help with new datacable

I have just bought a new 2 part data cable for the nokia 3510i from you but I can't get it working :( I have gone through the instructions and still nothing. I am running win2k and have installed userport and oxygen phone manager 2. any ideas.

the software should work fine with win2000, according to oxy2 website anyway.

are you sure you have activated the comm ports in the file / options menu

if not click the add button and make sure you tick them, like the pic below
