hi everyone i knew to this. was given an vk530 phone which was unblocked so i could use my o2 genie sim in. been using it for couple of days and now its saying enter puk code and i dont know it please help what do i do.:butchers: :butchers:

You've blocked the SIM, normally entering the PIN incorrectly 3 times. Contact O2 for a PUK code. You can request one from O2 website

ha sorry cant believe this same thing happened tome today. just got it sorted you ring 02 on 0870 567 8678. you then go through to the automated line to unblock your phone and the:excellent n it says enter your mobile number. when you do this a woman comes on and gives you your puk code. sounds good eh i did this and within an hour it was blocked again. touched wood its stayed on now for 2 hours ha.
