i have just unlocked my o mobile from 3g to o2 now, but all of the settings are still for 3g, can anyone help with any of this, ie message centre etc. thanx

You haven't mentioned which phone you have. Either go to your phone manufacturer's website and request settings sent your phone, or got to O2 website and request there. When you receive them follow on screen prompts to save them.
