can this phone be unlocked

hi.am having trouble unlocking a nec 338.i have tried the nec server but it cant find the phone.i took it to my local phone shop and they cant unlock it.when i check the software it reads.(see below)

ccpu:d627.l52.1
sv04.can someone tell me if this phone can be unlocked.i still have my nec server credit. thanks geo

just send it off to fonefunshop shop they will do it straight away

it may be a problem with the cable
try cleaning the connections and try again

got to be a faulty cable then mate

hi jhunds.when i set everything up the server comes up with cant detect phone.when i dont install the drivers for the cable the server comes up with cant find usb.do you still think it's the cable?does the web site change faulty cables.regards geo

sounds like the charging port on the handset is faulty. (common fault on all nec's)

it will do cuss it only needs 2 pins on the port to work.

data transfer needs all pins to work
