nec server cable

hi.i bought the above cable from the site to unlock my 338 but i am having problems loading drivers for it.i have tried the downgrade drivers and drivers from the nec site but still no joy. can someone help me please .thanks geo

what type of cable do you have?

is it in two pieces usb-ps2 then a seperate adapter to fit the phone?

mark i keep getting cant detect a phone with the nec server.any idea why this is happening.the drivers have been installed ok.regards geo
