transferring photos

could some one please tell me how i get pics from phone to pc
i have a cable and cant seem to do it

Pick your picture on the phone and choose more and send after you have hooked your cable. I am using IR.

as far as i am aware, and i may me incorect.

But apparently, you can only get 2 way connectivity with an infra red
