Phone Manager

I downloaded the software for the Siemens M55 handset manager, however it will not connect to my handset. My USB is plugged in and recognized in device manager. I have tried to go to interface set up, in handheld manager, but it is locked. It says COM5 so I changed my USB to COM5 and it still is not connecting.....any ideas?
