I have recently purchased the LG Shine, and one of the functions I need is the connectivity with Outlook for Contacts and Calendar. I have installed the software, plugged in the USB cable and the PC recognises the phone as a mass storage device, so I can transfer files no problem. However, when I start the sync software it does not recognise the phone, nor can I access Outlook to import the names or appointments. I am runnig Outlook 2003 as part of Office 2003 professional.
Has anyone else had similar problems?
