Here's my info:
Purchased a sealed T28 data cable (Ebay), plugged it into the T68i, plugged the serial end into my desktop, my laptop, and another laptop.
Desktop: WinXP
Laptop: WinXP
Other Laptop: Win98
Downloaded the Unlock software, purchased a log, installed it, ran the software, input my username and password, pressed the unlock key, and then tapped on the power button (I recognized that it will turn on without pressing down and holding), and nothing appears in the display window for codes or anything. It appears that it isn't connecting. I'm suspecting the cable, but I've tested the cable with a LED monitor for serial ports, and I'm getting power generated from the cable.
Any ideas what I'm doing wrong?
