can anyone confirm this little problem i have with a w550i could be sorted out by flashing.
the problem is when you turn on the phone it just shows white screen, no start up sounds, plus you can only turn it off by removing the battery.
the phone was working fine before it was dropped.
thanks in advance for any reply or advice i recieve.

My brother had that problem on his W550i, although he hadn't dropped it. He got it flashed and it was sorted.
