HI i have downloaded an album from i tunes and it is saved on the phone in other i cant play it any ideas how i can play the album:lager:

the file will more than likely need to be an MP3 file not ACC WMA etc, if its the right type of file for you phone to use, it should put it in the right folder straight away. try converting the file to MP3 if its a different file type.

Any files that SE phones don't support go in Others folder. i-tunes media probably won't play unless it's converted and you might not be able to do anything with it as will be copyrighted.
