Hi,

I cant get the unlock codes i was given to work at all. Ive tried all the methods i was told on the email, with no sim card and with a locked sim card.

Im trying to get my Virgin UK SIM to work in a 7650 Orange phone.

Have reach your five tried limit ? if you do phone is hard lock now and you can only used the cable method to unlock

If you havn't used your 5 codes, use code 5 works all the time with me.

if you purchased unlock codes and you cant unlock your phone, include a covering letter with your original order number / paypal transaction ID

and just send £5 rather than the £15 to cover post and packing this end.
