How to change front menu?

Hello:
I just bought a T610, I would like to change menu in the front panel.
I have two options CALL (left) -joystick- VODAFONE (right).

I want to change that Vodafone icon, for another one (for instance: write a sms).

I flashed my daughters T610 the other day with a DIV 8

It was a Vodafone pay as you go

I managed to release all the options like turn on bluetooth and infra red under the more button etc. just like the Orange models have.

also got rid of all the crappy Voda menu icons that look so bad you cant even make out what they are.

There is still the odd Voda symbol kicking around but its a hell of a lot better than it was.

Vodafone really know how to mess up a phones firmware.
