just purchased a debranding programme for samsung e720...downloaded, unzipped folder, checked settings etc...but it cannot communicate with the com port when the phone is off. when i have the phone on it can, but at the prompt to turn the phone on so it can debrand, i have already it on, so turning it back off interupts the process. is this a problem with the flash cable or the usb connection on my computer...any help from anyone would be appreciated, im losing my mind...
