step 2 - select back in web browser
step 3 - select add to basket for pay & go - sim only talk anytime3 (its the fifth one down)
it will then give you the total cost of FREE
step 4 - proceed to checkout

it was workin but whether the phone turns up who knows but the site was being fixed last night lol

Again Im truly sorry, too late

o2 has released a statement as follows..
ISSUE: The O2 Services team have advised that a known error on the O2 shop which allows customers to fraudulently obtain free handsets has been added to various websites. It has been identified there is currently over 12,000 free handset orders in backlog as a result of this issue.

IMPACT: Splash pages have been applied to the Consumer shop to prevent any further fraudulent activity. External Customers attempting to place orders with O2 for new handsets and connections will not be able to at present. This change will also be implemented onto the Telesales shop. Once the change begins the Telesales shop will also be off line.

Upgrade and Agent Shop are not impacted by this issue

UPDATE (15:30 27/01/07): The O2 Services Team had a change scheduled for Monday night which has had to be brought foward.(CCR 3176578). This change has been through the test environment and will resolve the underlying issue.

RESOLUTION TIMESCALES: TBC.
