It would be much appreciated if someone help me with some unlocking questions!

What I wanted to know is when unlocking it, will the phone become a "standard T610" i.e. will it loose all the "orange specific" menus? Or will the phone need to be flashed to remove these orange menu's.
Finally, if possible, can you tell me what exactly I need to order from phonefunshop to unlock mine and my Mrs's T610's?
