nokia 3300 adapter to use with comm cable

The adapter for sale on your site ,for the nokia 3300 ,when used with comm cable is it capable of getting into the gallery ,images folders on the 3300 ,as the usb connection can only transfer data to the memory card .
I would like to buy this adapter if it can ,upload images to the phones memory and not just a cable to manage the phonebook ,sms messages .etc

The cable is good, its just a problem of software support.
