Anybody knows if the service from the following is really free?

I on monthly contract with 02 (Sim Only) Leisure talk
plan ( free minutes evenings 7pm to 7am and all week
ends)

I have used the number for 3 months and on my O2 bill it is free.

I was on www.moneysupermarket.com/MobilePhones/default.aspx the other day and noticed they've got a section for phone with free line rental... hope that's some help to you

Yes, you can dial the access numbers for international calls for free. It only utilises your o2 free minutes.
