Is this really free with O2 pay monthly?

Anybody knows if the service from the following is really free?

I on monthly contract with 02 (Sim Only) Leisure talk
plan ( free minutes evenings 7pm to 7am and all week
ends)

It looks good and maybe genuine but you get nothing for nothing these days so be careful before you use it even contact o2 and ask them if its genuine better than having a hugh bill to deal with at the end of the month because you have taken a chance....
