HI
dose anyone know where this clip can be updated or where i can get an update for it, it was purchased from fone fun along with two other boxs but not by me.
i am local to sheffield and i have purchased item from online shop, i am at a complete dead end with this nemesis box and i am desperate for any help.

what is the point of a contact us button when nobody cares to even look at your problem or just cannot be bothered to reply to you, a bit like a forum that you register to and nobody can be bothered to look at or respond to, yes this is a little primative clip but they are still for sale with no support from anyone or any place. i too have jaff box lots of support for that dataone same again total samsung same again but mention a gt nemesis and nothing except a user manual x-nemesis.com is a dead link so if anyone is considering buying one of these boxs do so at your peril because there is no dam support for them to be found:weird:

i have contacted them again as i did last week just recieved my email from them confirming my enquiry is being delt with, now lets hope it goes one step further than last week when they asked me to forward the genarated file (which i did ).

still no reply from the griffin team i have contacted them 2 times in two weeks and sent the generated file as requested in their first email to me.
is there any where else i could try ?

i bought them on ebay on november 4th the seller told me all the clips were bought new and still under warrenty from fone fun shop, i only have his word for that plus his ebay msg : this is the reply i got from him when i asked about the update leads, (which i did buy from fone fun)
there is not one it got stolen with the oter leades that why i put on the ad only some of the leads,you can get one from www.fonefunshop.co.uk for around £5
all the unlocking kits you have are off them and if anything gos wrong with them in the next 12 months there under cover
the ebay id number is 150054654274 and the ebay member was nic100a
the problem is i got the dataone updates and left them in the same folder as the nemesis updater and tried to flash my nemesis with dataone files and now it no longer works,
i am thinking it needs new flash file to correct the problem,
instead of getting one long one short blue light it just flash's every second short flash and connected phone just boots up as normal no in service mode like it did b4 i messed it up.

Mick there has not been an update out for nemisis for longer than that.

k510i is the phone i am trying to reset user lock as kids have set one and dont know what it is, now phone just starts up and asks for lock code

i dont theink nemesis can remove the security code from this phone, try multiserver

also the nemesis clip only carries a 6 month warranty not 12 as your seller told you. so this has way gone by now.
