Usb trouble with Samsung A650

:pan: ok, I bought a usb cable for my Samsung A650... it came with an installation CD, when the window pops up it tells me to select a model... They start at D and go to Z, totally skipping A all together. Already frustrated, I downloaded the Easy-whatever it was and the Pro-something, nothing is working... So I went online and tried to download a driver for this phone... found one, downloaded it... STILL can't get it to work! All I want is ONE ringtone and it won't do it! I've tried searching for it through BitPim it says it can't find it >.< I want to scream and rip out my hair!!

HA! I figured it out... finally! The stupid driver downloaded to the wrong port, so really the only fix was to move the usb cable around until the computer recognized it! Such an easy fix... too bad it took me 3 hours to figure it out >.<

oh well, I hope I help someone in the future trying to do the same thing, and save them 3 hours

Well I've been trying to download some ringtones I made. BitPim only allows me to add the phonebook and calender to the laptop, and even if I change that information, I can't send it back to the phone. So... I don't know what's wrong. If anyone knows how to change the wallpaper/ringtones on a A650... I'd be really thankful!
