Network Lock???

I bought the beautiful pink Samsung E370 and unlocked it today with one of the clips. It was originally locked to Orange and when I put in my Vodafone sim card it says Network Lock. Why??????? And what whats the lock?

what clip did you use

It's okay now. I tried again and it worked fine.
