hi i just got cruiser from you installed ok but went i start the softwear it dont find the box or give me the serial number in the bottom left corner of softwear any idears how i can sort this out. ref no=krazyrabbit41161589605

open your box take the pcb out and uder it is a sim card take it out wipe it and put back in try that first

yeah...remember everyone, most unlocking tools use cards to protect the software, make sure you only have the dongle/box plugged in that you are trying to use, if you have 2 plugged in at the same time they will clash !!
