I may be jumping the gun here? if so please put me right

I found this forum today while looking for Nokia flash software to fix a nokia 1110 I have ...cant get unlocked.....

so as you do, I got logged in thought very interesting forum...

even for the first time made a donation via paypal....even tho was for very small amount...but all adds up....

while looking thu the nokia section I notice a company on here has the awnser for near every problem...get the phone to them....unlock...debrand..repair etc.....

I thought this was a forum that helped people like uploaded the sofware show people how to unlock..debrand themselves?

would I be right in thinking this company runs this forum?:poke:

back to my problem............... Nokia 1110 on Tesco mobile fire it onto the nokia unlock kit says done...stick sim in and no luck still locked......you do same with this phone on 02 network unlocks ok.....

any clues on how to unlock this phone?

please dont ask me to post it to ????????????

Well, you're right. The forum is run by FoneFunShop who provide both an online and postal unlocking service. They also sell unlocking kits so that you can do it yourself, and do your mates aswell if you want to recoup a bit of cash.

Did you buy your unlocking kit from here or somewhere else? If you bought it here then the aftersales will get you sorted, no doubt. If you bought your kit elsewhere, then I wouldn't think the site admin will be altogether helpful in solving someone elses problem. That's why the people who sold it to you take your money.

software is DCT YBB5 TOOLS V1.4_C
HWK SARAaSOFT

Phone is Nokia 1110 on tesco Mobile

i have unlocked sereval of these phones from the 02 netowrk
and these units for Tesco mobile appear to unlock as says done

but when you put in sim from other network its a different story

phone software is

21-04-06
N 1110
RH-70

I bought the complete unlocking package from a friend who unlocked phones at a market and thought I would have ago at it myself

I have been in the communications game from the eary days of analog when I was a RBS engineer for Vodafone uk...been away from it for app 3 years and am now rusty

so this is a learning game for me...when I am playing with the software and kit to get to know my way around it....

anyway seems like a good forum

:dope::pan: u brought it from a market. right well i personally hv never had a problem with this model on tesco best bet is to send it to fonefunshop or what would be easier is:

Delboy, I think he means that he bought the unlocking package from a friend. His friend used to unlock phones on a market stall.

Maybe try asking your friend what the deal is, if he's still your friend after flogging you kit which don't work.
