Greetings from a newbie - I have just acquired an O2 X4 that I am operating on a Virgin payg sim. All phone functions work (although it does say that I am attached to T Mobile network - OK same as Virgin, but).
Phone came to me without usb cable and no software - can anyone help me with sourcing either or both of these please.
I have tried to communicate via iRDA link but no connection - XP control panel shows iRDA as being present however I have no means of activating it -hence my need for the software.
If any O2 X4 users have any info and/or tips on this phone I will be delighted to receive same.
best regards - Tango (West Yorks)

Have you tried O2 website or BenQ website as it is a clone of the BenQ S80. You may be able to get software from there

Thank you Cannonball for your response - O2 did not seem interested in helping with the software, however, your information re BenQ is most interesting - I was not aware that the X4 is a Benq Clone. Trying this route now.

If you look on fonefunshop home page and click on data cables and Maxon/02 there is a cable for unlocking/flashing/data transfer for £9.99

Hope that helps

Thank you Cannonball - your input is greatly appreciated. I am having a tough time with this phone - I think a good idea is to have it de-branded
