z500 -Help?

Just tried debranding my z500 - from Orange - back to Samsung default.
Cannot get main screen on but getting Error fatal dog: startup 0 displayed on small screen. Will only turn off when removing battery. Pc now says no phone connected, even though it is.
Anyone out there know how to fix this?

but sounds like it needs flashing
