Adobe Photoshop Elements Help

Can anyone help im wanting to start making some animations for my phone and friends phones but ive got no idea how to make animations can anyone tell me how please.

Even if you can just tell me how to make a simple animation then i can grow from that... Ive have tryed to follow tutorials on other sites but just get lost after a while.

At the moment ive got adobe photoshop elements and ive also got fireworks mx 2004 if that helps.

photoshop elements is good software same with fireworks.its good with doing nokia themes which edits flash and change icons and colours.has been very user freindly.although after taken a few days to work out the software that is lol
