probs with the new L7 debrand software

have finaly got the new L7 debrand software to install and i keep getting the following staus message

[]: 13001, TCI instance not found, 1

what does this mean and how do i get the prog to debrand my phone

it is a motorola L7 branded to t-mobile

then try again

is there any way to get it installed properly as my main disk is f: and not c:
