General I/O Error when connecting phone on Vygis

I got my vygis tool dongle yesterday and i done everything correctly but when i try to read or flash phone firmware i already got I/O error.

I connected directly to the USB Port on my desktop and can error then i try with my laptop and is the same.


Any advise anyone?
