just bought the L7 debranding prog

i've just bought the L7 debranding software and it's not working keeps saying that my default drive is D and will only install to C any ideas would be great.

the prog name is RSD_LITE_2_8.msi

i get the following message in the status box []: 13001, TCI instance not found ,1

anyone got any ideas how to get this prog working cause if it don't work i will be wanting my cash back.

phone is the motorola L7 it has been unlocked but is branded to t-mobile
