02 free texts

helloo in need of sum help plz....i recently changed my free monthly allowance to text anytime bcoz i wanted to get 1000 texts a month....so it changed my monthly allowance and then i topped up £30 ...my anniversary date came 2day ...o2 only gave me 300 texts !!!! im soo angry with them ...i put the £30 on why havnt i got 1000 texts like it said i should ?
help plz

ring o2 customer services m8 - u should have recieved 1000 texts as u said. Tis their error
