E810 using USB Smart, HELP!

Hi,

I have just purhased a USB smart and it all has installed ok. I am now trying to unlock my first phone a Samsung E810. When I go into the Samsung tool and select the handset to unlock, and obviously the com port, and then click the "do job" button it says "unlocking" and stays on that. Shows 25% complete and doesnt move from there. HELP PLEASE

Hi

e810's are notoriously tricky blighters to unlock.

they are part of the the trident family and these are always tricky.

if you have just got the samsung update you could do with some other moels to unlock to get used to things

anyway because it is a trident phone, you are looking to get the startup to freeze, so have the phone off

press unlock and then power it up

startup should freeze and phone unlocked...but its all about timing
