LG 3G unlock clip help!!!

I just received a LG 3G unlock clip from fone fun shop (thanks, that was fast)
Now I need the explanation. Well I was a dissapointed when I opened the pack because I saw that on the cable spin all pins were not strait, so I tryed to fix them untill finaly I could plug it into the clip.

Well what I have to do now, I tryed all the options but my LG u8120 is still locked. I tryed with the phone off, without phone battery, without the usim card. Clip led numer 2 is flashing quick and after a few seconds both leds are flashing together but slower. Then I tried with the usim card inside without removing the phone battery - the same result. I tried all options, but without success. Am I doing something wrong or the clip (or the cable is not ok)

Could you please explain me what to do???

phone off
no sim inserted
attatch clip into charging block
connect battery
quick tap on phone on button
you dont want the phone to power up
red light should flash about 30 seconds
when you get two steady red lights the phone is unlocked
