You can get them free but the software you need is either 1 p.c for nokia,s or the 1 most of us use is OXYGEN for nokia fones

I use Nokia Data suite to upload to my Nokia 7210. You can buy a USB infra red cable for uploading Logo's, images and ringtones from here http://www.freefonefun.co.uk, and also you can buy ringtones and wallpapers. You can also buy CD's filled with ringtones.

If you have an Infra Red cable then you can get wallpapers free from google, or any website with pictures, and also you can use some software to turn free midi files into ringtones.
