Q: How can I direct unlock my SonyEricsson Phone?
A: You cannot unlock it directly, You must read unlock codes and enter them manually.
Q: How can I enter the Unlock Codes that I get on my SonyEricsson Phone?
A: Put not allowed sim card inside and press in keyboard <**< ( < in T68 and T610 e.g. is left movement in joystick) You will see any Closed Closed PadLock there, press YES/OK over this Closed Padlock and enter the Unlock Code that phone is asking.
Q: What I need to buy? Any Special Hardware required?
A: No, you only need T28 serial cable for unlock and flash with our softwares and Internet connection.
Q: Can I use Original DRS-11 Ericsson Serial Data Cable for Flash or Unlock?
A: No, you cannot. You need the T28 cheap cable for unlock and flash.
Q: Can I use Original DCU-11 Ericsson USB Data Cable for Flash or Unlock?
A: No, you cannot. You need the T28 cheap cable for unlock and flash.
Q: Can I use Bluetooth or Infrarred (IrDa) connection for Flash or Unlock procedures?
A: No, you cannot. You need the T28 cheap cable for unlock and flash.
Q: How can I know if my T28 serial cable is good one?
A: If you have any doubt, just use it with our softwares and if it is not right cable, you wont lose any credit/log and software wont be able to detect any phone.
Q: Does I need any special computer or Intel or AMD CPU?
A: No, you need any computer that able to run any Windows Operating System.
Q: Which Operating System are supported or Best for Our softwares for Unlock and Flash?
A: Dont care about this. Our softwares are compatible with all Windows OS. Like Win98, WinME, Windows 2000, Windows XP or Windows 2003.
Q: The procedure for Read Unlock codes... Is dangerous? Can I damage my phone?
A: No at all, reading codes software wont write anything in your phone. Software will read some datas inside the software and server will calculate the Unlock Codes. Whole procedure with dial-up connection is around 4 or 5 seconds!
Q: Which Operating System are supported or Best one to use with Our softwares for Unlock and Flash?
A: Dont care about this. Our softwares are compatible with all Windows OS. Like Win98, WinME, Windows 2000, Windows XP or Windows 2003.
Q: Can I change language pack inside any supported Phone?
A: Yes, you can change language pack in AVR format inside your phone, just downloading the right lang pack for your phone model and Browseing it in Flashing software and Pressing Flash button. After this Flashing procedure will start and will take some minutes for complete.
Q: Where I can download the desired language pack?
A: Well, we have full collection for all SonyEricsson phones and all versions and all languages. We will provide to you right packs or FTP access to this collection after payment.
Q: Is possible damage my phone flashing any AVR pack?
A: No, you cannot damage it. Even if you lost internet connection software will continue flashing procedure and finish it successfully. Internet connection is only needed for check credits left and enter the phone in Test Mode before flashing, after this, all the rest is inside the software that you have in your Hard Disk.
Q: In the worst case that my computer shutdown by electrical power cut. Will I get one dead or killed phone?
A: No, in this worst case, you will need remove phone battery, put it back and start flashing procedure again, and your phone will be alive again.
Q: Can I convert any T300 up to T310 or T68m up to T68i?
A: Yes, you can do it with same credits that you have buyed. For this procedure you need upload special GDFS files for convert each model and afer this upload/flash desired language pack of upgraded model
Q: Can I change language inside my phone with same credit at the same time that I convert any T300 up to T310 or T68m up to T68i?
A: Yes, you can do it with same credit and at the same time that you are upgrading this phone to newest model. Ask us for right pack.
Q: Can I remove customized vodafone/o2 Icons and Menus on my T610?
A: Yes, you can do it flashing any sim free pack in AVR zone. Check your phone firmware version and send it to us and we will send back one email with desired language and 100% sim free AVR pack. Note that you MUST flash same version of AVR sim free pack that you have at this moment in your vodafone/o2 customized phone. You T610 has got inside AVR and ARM zones and you cannot mismatch the versions between both CPUs.
Q: How can I check my phone firmware version?
A: Yes, you need power ON your phone and type *>*<<*<* ( < or > keys are joystick movements), then go to Software Version menu and report us the phone firmware version in this screen. Phone version examples are R1A081 or R1L013.
Q: After Menus and Icons removal flashing procedure I still having WAP lock, WAP links, start up logo, Screen Theme and I cannot delete all these profiles. Can I delete them and make it 100% sim free T610 phone?
A: Yes, you need upload/flash Original and Factory Eeprom values to your T610. after payment we will send this Original GDFS Area file if you are interested, so you will have 100% sim free phone without any vodafone/o2 customization stuff.
Q: Will I lose all this GDFS settings removal in future upgrades to newer firmwares?
A: No, these values like WAP unlock, Browser Unlock etc... removed after this Original GDFS area file will be stored in your phone permanently.
Q: This sim free AVR pack flashing for delete customized Icons and Menus or GDFS flashing will make my phone permanently non upgradeable in SonyEricsson Service Centers or by any software in future?
A: No, your phone will be upgradeable 100% without problems.

General Answers and Questions for our Servers
Operating Systems Compatibility
We tested our loggers (Lite Edition and Full Flashing Edtion) with all Operatings Systems and them works fine in all MS Operating systems: Windows 95, Windows 98, Windows 98 Second Edition, Windows NT, Windows 2000, Windows XP Home and Windows XP Professional. So you dont need care about which operating have installed in your computer ;-)

LITE Edition and Reset GDFS Option
Answers and Questions about Reset GDFS
We tested our logger with 'Reset GDFS' function and it works fine. All phones that we used for tests gone to 4 Locks closed mode by natural method. It means Reading Lock Codes and entering them by phone keyboard. After this the result is 4 Locks Closed, but 5 tries left in Counter.
Then we enter too many times bad the Unlock Codes... Now we have fatal result and phone is with Counter at 0 tries left and all 4 Locks Closed. After this situation we used in all phones tested the 'Reset GDFS' function included in our Lite Edition Logger and after a few seconds, the Reset GDFS process is done successfully and we turn on the phone and its 100% Unlocked and with Counters at original tries left :-)
Well, some customers have in hands phones with 4 Locks closed and they dont know how them came Closed to them hands.
A few ways to Closed 4 locks are possible, by example, using Terminator dongle, using Maxim Online server and doing bad flashing stuff or doing Reset GDFS func, too its possible using Cracked DIV 6.2 software with Terminator cheap dongles, and of course manual and naturally method (described a few lines above).
Well, we tried to repair phones with 4 locks closed by Terminator and some pieces were repaired sucessfully and others werent possible. Same thing occured with Maxim Online Server (bad usage) and destroyed phones, a few pieces were repaired, but a few ones not yet.
We have too few spare time for study each particular cases, but note that our logger make one logfile in your hdd with a nice EEPROM Dump that is very usefull for learn each special case and try to update our server for new cases. Thats why you need to send us this EEPROM Dump inside the logfile (it is created in same folder that you are running the Logger.exe software) and some easy info more that you can get fast from your phone :-)
Therefore if your phone comes to you with 4 locks closed naturally and with too many bad times Unlock codes entered in the phone and counter at 0, you will repair your phone 100% sure, if it comes with 4 Locks closed from other way you need try and hope best luck, but no warranty 100% you know.
Anyway if you want see if our logger is working 100% with 'Reset GDFS' func, you can Read Codes, enter them for closed by your hand ALL 4 Locks and after this enter too many times Unlock Codes, you will get one detroyed phone and then you can test to 'Reset GDFS' by EMMA2 with our online server :-) You will be surprised 100% sure :-)
We tested many pieces, software versions and phones made in too many weeks... The models that we have tested are T68m, T68i, T200, T300, T310 and P800. All them were working 100% and many pieces from each model were revived 100% :-)
Remember that our server is based and running in SonyEricsson Original EMMA 2 FULL KIT and with SonyEricsson Original EMMA 2 Service Card and this system returns 100% fine the strings that phone need for enter sucessfully and without BruteForce method (used with all dongles that are out in the market, including cheapest ones and the most expensive ones) the Test Mode. Thats why you get always really FAST the Test Mode and the resulting function very fast too. This is not possible with dongles that arent using EMMA 2 Service Card (no dongle do it) thats why you need with any dongle 4-6 minutes for entering Test Mode the T610 with any dongle using BruteForce and brutal method. With our server you know that you only need 4 seconds for Read Codes in any T610 piece, and 3 seconds for enter Test Mode before start flashing process, really nice and awesome times, and very appreciatte if you need change language in many T610 phones or unlock a batch of T610 phones ;-) You will hate do it with more than 1 piece and with any dongle around market (cheap or expensive).

FULL and Flashing Edition and Empty Boards Steps
How to Flash and Upload IMEI to Empty or Cloned Boards?
With our FULL and Flashing Edition you know that is possible Flash and upload IMEI to Empty, Blank or Cloned SonyEricsson Boards.
Well, the steps that you need to do with our FULL Edtion Software are the next ones:
1.- First of All, please Select Right Phone Model in FULL Software Edition.
2.- Select AVR File in FULL Edition Software using File Browser Icon.
3.- Press FLASH Button and AVR File will be flashed with your desired Language Pack.
TIP: You need to use T28 Serial and Unlock Cable for Flash any AVR File to phone or Empty / Blank / Cloned Board.
4.- Select ARM File in FULL Edition Software using File Browser Icon.
5.- Press FLASH Button and ARM File will be flashed to your Empty Board or Phone.
(Use SAME VERSION of ARM file that you USED previously in AVR Flash file)
TIP: You need to use ARM Modified cable for Flash ARM CPU (or Green Flasher Adapter).
6.- Type IMEI inside IMEI Box and Select 'Emtpy Boards' Checkbox.
NOTE: You only need enter first 14 digits of IMEI that you want because last digit is CheckBit and it will be calculated automatically for your pleasure, so no errors getting signal or dead Empty Board by BAD IMEI entering after IMEI uploading :-)
7.- Press GDFS Button and WAIT till software finish the procedure.
Since you selected ‘Emtpy Boards’ CheckBox and IMEI was typed, FULL Software Edition, will flash FULL GDFS Area and will Rebuild SIMLocks as Empty Board. So dont care about Browse any GDFS File when you select ‘Empty Boards’ procedure :-)
NOTE: You dont need select or browse any GDFS File in GDFS Line or Browser.
TIP: You need to use T28 Serial and Unlock Cable for this process.
8.- Thats All, You have Empty or Blank or Cloned Board Flashed and Working 100%.
You see that you can do all steps using T28 Serial cable, including GDFS procedures and AVR one. You only will need change Serial cable for upload ARM file to any phone with our FULL Edition software. This special cable is not really special, in fact we can provide to you schematic and you can modify easily one T28 Serial Cable for unlock.
