Hi, really need help, my V3 was locked to T-mobile, used JIC remote unlocking to unlock, did everything exactly as was described on instructions, tried to turn phone on after unlocking process, lights up for a second has 'hellomoto' logo flash up then immediatly goes off. Can I fix it? Please help!

first of all make sure your phone is not a v3r or v3m
turn off phone, then press and hold down * # and power buttons to put it in flash mode and make sure the boot loader DOES NOT look like this

if you do indeed have a standard v3 then this problem happens due to 1 of 4 reasons.
1. the phone battery is actually too low and cannot complete all 3 stages of the process. this can sometimes be the case even though your phone tells you its fully charged. this is usually the cause
2. your internet connection is disturbed during the process, or connection is disturbed server side (at jic). this is not usually the cause (very rare)
3. Cable or port on phone could be disturbed or have an intermitent fault. (common problem)
4. Usb power on your pc is not stable (this can be the case for laptops mainly) but again very rare.
