mpeg transfer??

hi all i am new to mobile phones and ask,

i have an mpeg on my pc how can i get it to my mobile phone,i also dont have any cables etc ,thanx,aldo:poke:

your gonna need bluetooth/infared or a cable

you will probably hae to convert it to 3gp first as most phones wont play mpegs
